> Volunteers Wanted For a Research Study – The Bobolink Project

> The Bobolink Project strives to provide safe habitat for grassland nesting birds, like Bobolinks, Savannah Sparrows and other declining species, and to develop new and more effective ways for Vermonters to help farmers to provide more of nature’s benefits from Vermont’s working farms.
> Researchers from the University of Connecticut and the University of Vermont need your help in designing an experiment helping to manage grassland bird nesting habitat in Vermont. Participants of the focus group will be asked to complete a survey instrument and provide feedback on the development of survey materials. The discussion will help us develop a better understanding of how to better communicate our message to potential participants.

> ü  Seeking 8 to 10 local residents, 18 and over. Must be comfortable speaking and reading in English.
> ü  Participants will receive $ 60 for their time.
> ü  The event will begin at 6 p.m and last no more than two hours on January 15, 2015.
