Wonderful.   I live in Enfield.    Wonderful way to involve people, including get the custodian and other staff who have never thought about birding.    Jan

We have started up Project FeederWatch in the K-2 schools in Enfield, and we’ve had a red-shouldered visiting this past week due to the tremendous activity at the feeder at Barnard School. It landed on the window ledge to the library and was looking in the window! The custodian got a great photograph. Terrific for the students to see one up-close-and-personal.

I see where many people are seeing and reporting these birds. I've had two residents since Thanksgiving. Usually together. They park in the backyard and when I'm point I see them daily. Have no what idea they are eating since the guide books say frogs & snakes. Any help what they eat in the winter would be appreciated.
