Spent the morning and early afternoon exploring the little bits of open water at the Clinton town beach and the Indian River.Town Beach - Adult Bald Eagle out on ice in the harbor east of Cedar Island feeding on something.
Tidal creek at the bridge near the entrance - Red breasted mergansers, common goldeneye, hooded mergansers, mallards, black ducks and Canada geese.Indian River between Route 1 and the railroad bridge - Hoodies, mallards and a lone male Northern Pintail.  The pintail was a pleasant surprise!
