Passing this along.

 From SH Johnston:
02/24/2015 -- Farmington yard - YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER continues at suet feeder for seventh winter. Female-type Red-winged Blackbirds have been at the feeders for about 10 days; today an adult male Red-winged Blackbird joined them. The YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER is a very interesting, readily-identified individual that I suspect may be a hybrid with, or contain some genetic material from, Red-naped Sapsucker. Photos and video posted at http://quodlibet-sarah.blogspot.com/2015/02/possible-sapsucker-hybrid.html; comments and speculations welcomed.
