I would be curious to know where a bird like the Stamford Painted Bunting goes in the Spring, after spending the winter so far north of its normal summer/breeding range?  Seems like he should be wired to head north, but will he instead end up heading south?  Hopefully he did not succumb to the Coopers Hawk!
