3/26/15-Westport-Sherwood Island State Park
1 OSPREY and 1 TREE SWALLOW flying high over the airfield. Also seen was
17 WILSON'S SNIPE, flying around the whole park. Behind the airfield, in
the marsh a Juvenile GLAUCOUS GULL was feeding to the right of the flock.
I managed to take photos, of this large, off-white colored gull. It was
feeding alone, 15 feet away from the main flock herring and Ring billed
gulls, which rested around the osprey nest.
Of note, there was a very large blackbird/grackle/cowbird movement today.
