There were some 700 dabbling ducks in the marsh at high tide at Milford Pt today. These included 14 Northern Shovelers, 2 Northern Pintail, and 250-300 Green-winged Teal. A single Glossy Ibis was foraging way out there. Ten Greater Yellowlegs roosting in the marsh. One adult Bald Eagle sitting in the marsh. A pair of Piping Plovers and three pair of American Oystercatchers from a quick check of the ocean side. A Fox Sparrow was singing from the parking lot.

Nice morning!
