4/26/15: After seeing the beautiful male BLUE GROSBEAK at the private
residence in Clinton (thank you, John P. for being such a welcoming host),
we visited a few spots along the shoreline and saw good birds at each
location. Notable sightings included a drake WHITE-WINGED SCOTER at
Menunketesuck flats (out in LI Sound) in Westbrook, 8 PURPLE SANDPIPER on
rocks near Tuxis Island in Madison, an adult BALD EAGLE harassing an Osprey,
WILLETS, and a PURPLE MARTIN in the East River marsh, and two SHORT-BILLED
DOWITCHER, two BLUE-WINGED TEAL, and one NORTHERN SHOVELER at Leetes Island
marsh in Guilford.

Full reports on ebird.
