[CT Birds] Gull feeding plankton bloom

Thanks, Keith. Large flock of plankton-feeding Brant (1700) and gulls, including 1st-cycle ICELAND and 12 BONAPARTES were close off the Lordship Seawall. The masses have moved off Long Beach now during the gusty NE winds.
