Today at home in Coventry I saw a male Orchard Oriole in a flowering tree
with at least 5 Baltimores (3 males). Also saw Nashville Warbler and Indigo
Bunting in same tree. Louisiana Waterthrush across the street continues to
sing; seem to be nesting here? Also got Common Yellowthroat across the
street for the first time this year; a pair nested here last year.
Grosbeaks have also arrived.

At Pumpkin Hill Road in Ashford there were at least 4 Cerulean Warblers.
Males were singing and some were exhibiting aggressive behavior towards
other males, possibly in process of attracting mates. Other notables there
include Yellow-rumped Warbler, Worm-eating Warbler, Blue-winged Warbler and
Ovenbird. The last three were all singing and the last two were very
plentiful there.
