[CT Birds] Royal Tern at Hammo this morning

Hi all,
The authorities confirm that it was indeed two Royal Terns that I saw at
Hammonasset today.  Poor photos were obtained.

Whimbrel  1     Flew in and landed on pebble beach of Moraine Trail at Meig's
Point.  Called and flew off to the east.
Least Sandpiper  1     In puddles across from Swan Pond on the West side of the
Pectoral Sandpiper  1     In puddles across from Swan Pond on the West side of
the park.
Laughing Gull  35
Herring Gull  8
Great Black-backed Gull  3
Royal Tern  1     Two birds on the rocks at the end of the Moraine Trail at
Meig's Point.  Juvenile bird was begging to the other bird. Large tern with
orange (not red) bill, not as stout as Caspian would be and no black tip.
