[CT Birds] Stratford Point birds

I had a flock of 7 scaup fly by, most at least were Greater Scaup, FOS here.    I also had a Spizella sparrow fly by near the office that appeared to be the Clay-colored based on the pale coloration as it flew by, so it may still be around.  Also, Swamp, White-throated and juncos around.  Conditions for land-birding are pretty awful today.
