Both the sky and the sound were more quiet than I expected today, but we
managed to pull out 4 BLACK SCOTERS, 1 LONG-TAILED DUCK (FOS), some
lingering Laughing Gulls, and 9 Red-breasted Mergansers on the water in the
morning. The sky was a host to at least 6 Bald Eagles, 16 Cooper's Hawks,
4 Sharp-shinned Hawks, and 10 Red-tailed Hawks.

Other highlights included an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER spotted by Preston in a
bush on the airfield, Common Raven, Hooded Merganser, and Wilson's Snipe.
