The 116th Annual National Audubon Society Christmas Bird Counts for CT are posted on the COA Birding Events Calendar:
http://www.ctbirding.org/calendar.htm

All CT Counts take place between the dates of December 19 and January 3.

Please consider getting involved in your local Count. You certainly don't need to be an expert ornithologist to take part, birders of all skill levels are appreciated and even beginning birders can add greatly to this important data gathering opportunity. Find your local Count on the COA Calendar and contact your area's compiler for details. If your home is within a count circle, you can even count from the comfort of your home by watching your feeders, or you can head out predawn with fellow birders and count everything seen and heard until your vehicle turns into a pumpkin - your level of involvement is completely up to you.
