[CT Birds] Hermit warbler

And if my memory serves me, Dick was the only observer of that record (correct Frank?). So no living birder has an accepted CT Hermit Warbler, which makes this even more exciting. And it's a Warbler, which in my book makes it awesome.

If the reported Hermit Warbler turns out to be correct, it will be only the 2nd record for CT. The first was found at East Rock Park by Richard English in May of 1977.
