From Steve Broker (Cheshire):
02/01/16 - Woodbridge, West Rock Ridge - The West Rock Common Ravens have begun reconstruction of their well-hidden cliff nest, with some eight large sticks now laid down on the outer edge of the small rock ledge used for nesting and two additional sticks crossing through the middle of the nest site. The new nest replaces last year’s nest, which was largely destroyed by the six 2015 nestlings prior to their fledging, and by the vagaries of subsequent summer, fall, and early winter weather.
