3/5/16: In Watertown, at Harkness State Park: a pair of Red-necked Grebe,
seen together from the observation platform at the SW end of the park.
Larger than a nearby Horned Grebe, with longer and darker neck, less
prominent cheek patch. Seen swimming and diving together.

In Hadlyme, Whalebone Creek: Red-headed Woodpecker continues in the trees
near the sanctuary pull out on Route 148. Also, a nice assortment of
dabbling ducks in the marsh, including 14 Northern Pintail, a pair of
Green-winged Teal, and a pair of Wood Duck.
