     The first of the 2016 Audubon Greenwich Early Morning Bird Walks was
held today at the Audubon Center, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich.
Highlights were a Palm Warbler, 2 Pine Warblers  and 2 Great Egrets at Lake
Mead.

Early Morning Bird Walks are held Saturdays, from April 2 to May 21 and also
on Wednesdays, from April 6 to May 25 at nearby Fairchild Garden.  Both
events are led by Ted Gilman, begin promptly at 7 am and are free and open
to the public. 

 

April 14 2016, 6:00 - 7:30 pm -  Birds In a Changing Climate: How You Can
Make  a Difference.  Dr. Gary Langham,  Chief Scientist, National Audubon
Society, will present bird friendly solutions to the threat posed by climate
