[CT Birds] Stratford Point White-rumped Sandpipers

There were at least two White-rumped Sandpipers on the north beach at Stratford Point just now. It actually sounded like a few more were in the flock. Lately the tides have been so high (or the beach erosion so marked) that there is hardly any beach left at high tide, so a couple of hours before or after is best. Good views can be had from near the fence, but please try not to flush the roosting flocks.
