[CT Birds] Sitting Red-Necked Phalarope posted on Facebook

Bird was also seen by Bill Needham, who said it was pretty dark (dusk) when they saw it.  Bill thinks it was either red-necked or red phalarope.

The bird was apparently seen last evening not yesterday morning according to a Facebook post.
