[CT Birds] Out of place rail carcass, Monroe

A handful of years ago, I saw an ovenbird poking around under some
benches outside Kennedy Center in NYC. It was as tame as a pigeon!

I also remember hearing about a Virginia Rail walking into a convenience
store in Boston in the 90's. Migrants can certainly show up anywhere.
