9/25/16 - 6:25am-9:30am
There was a decent flight this morning - about 500 warblers of 11 species. Highlights:
Dickcissel
Philadelphia Vireo
Wilson's Warbler
Purple Finches - 10
Red-breasted Nuthatches - 8

Others reported a Mourning Warbler, a different Philadelphia Vireo, and a Swainson's Thrush - the only brown thrush of the day.

This front definitely brought the changing of the guard of migrants. Both kinglets came through, juncos, White-throated Sparrows, flickers, a few creepers, etc. Redstarts were still the most numerous identified warbler, but Blackpolls were probably the second most abundant and Yellow-rumped Warblers were present in small numbers.
