counted:  3 BLACK VULTURES, 72 Turkey Vultures, 9 Osprey, 9 Bald Eagles, 1
Northern Harrier, 119 Sharp-shinned Hawks, 75 Coopers Hawks, 4
Red-shouldered Hawks, 1 Broad-winged Hawk, 22 Red-tailed Hawks, 8 American
Kestrels, 7 Merlins, 10 Peregrine Falcons, 12 unidentified Accipiters, 2
unidentified Buteos, 1 unidentified Falcon, and 5 unidentified raptors.
Also-rans:  36 Canada Geese, 5 Common Loons, 110 American Robins, 235
Red-winged Blackbirds, 3 Purple Finches, 160 Tree Swallows, 100 House
Finches, 1 Eastern Bluebird, 42 Double-crested Cormorants, 2 late Chimney
Swifts, 1 Common Nighthawk.
Best Entertainment:  6 Common Ravens cavorting and arguing their way around
the park for about a half hour.
