[CT Birds] Migration Tonight

Adding on to that, a couple days of southerly winds were keeping birds stationary. This push of northerly winds will thus bring with it several days' worth of migrants. Birds appear to be concentrating along the Housatonic River, so the Stratford/Milford area should be good.
