A quick stop at the brush dump and immediate vicinity at Harkness this afternoon turned up five WHITE-CROWNED SPARROWS.  The area was very birdy, as previously reported.  There was a Brown Thrasher, two phoebes and two Field Sparrows mixed in with the many Song and White-throated Sparrows.
