I've been noticing that my cedars, as well as others in the area are barren of fruit this year.  they usually attract a flock of Robins or Waxwings to my yard during the winter, but probably not this year.

The "winter traffic cones" are in place, blocking vehicular access to the west side of the park.
Speaking of cones, I see a few trees with a healthy crop of Pine Cones but very sparse Crabapples here. How is it looking elsewhere, food wise, for winter birds?
