This is local to me and does have nice varied habitat. Good for a variety of raptors and for warblers and other migrating songbirds in season. Enjoy!

The weather is looking quite horrible for tomorrow, so
unfortunately we are canceling tomorrow's Hartford Audubon
Society trip to Stratford Point and the Stratford area.

FOY Phoebe. Still mixed flocks of chickadees and juncos. I
recently discovered this area when planning a hike for AMC.
All kinds of interesting habitat and trails. We used the
 entrance on Goshen Hill Rd.

Sorry to be a bit untimely in reporting, but had an Eastern
 Pheobe
hawking within a few feet of the ground in the woods along
 the paved
road up to the summit at East Rock Park, New Haven, ~18:00
 last Friday,
 3/24.?

Subject bird continues on the pond this morning with many
Canada Geese and was occasionally letting out its yelp of a
call. I'm thinking it's the typical Greenland race, but I'll
look at the photos more closely later.
Also there were a continuing Eastern Meadowlark singing in
the fields to the north of the pond, as well as a flyover
 American Pipit.
