Relatively quiet compared to the last couple days as far as quantity of
migrants goes but still some activity around the Lake Trail and Riverbottom
Road at Audubon Greenwich this morning. This included Northern Parula,
Black-Throated Blue Warbler, numerous Black & White Warblers, several
Overbirds, both Waterthrushes, Veery, Wood Thrush and a Green Heron.

Next Saturday (May 6) Ted Gilman will be doing a class on warblers and
other neotropical migrants at 9:30 AM. This will include an introductory
talk in the Audubon Center followed by a walk outside. Our annual
International Migratory Bird Day Bird Walk and Breakfast will be the
following Saturday, May 13th. The walk is free and will start at 6:30 AM
followed by breakfast which is $10 per person. RSVP to Ted for either of
the events at tgilman at audubon.org
