6/15/17 - Montville: Morgan Chaney Sanctuary, 8:00 - 9:30, starting from the Turner Road entrance, 1 Worm Eating Warbler seen (numbers heard), and then just ahead of the trail intersection (where a right turn leads to the cleared area) a pair of singing Hooded Warblers. Also saw 2 Northern Ravens (harassed by jays), a Red-Eyed Vireo, Common Yellowthroat, and, almost certainly, two Rose-Breasted Grosbeaks. Heard only: Blue Wings, Ovenbird, Wood Thrush, Eastern Wood Pewee, Yellow and Black and White Warblers.
