My apologies, the opportunity to comment is actually during the Town Council meeting which takes place at 7 PM following the public safety meeting.

Dear CT birding community,
There is a meeting of the Rocky Hill Public Safety Committee on Monday June 19th to discuss the closing of the gates to Rocky Hill Meadows. There will be opportunity for public comment. See below for the meeting time and location. Also, if you would like to submit comments but are unable to make the meeting, your comments can be emailed to Town Manager Mehr (jmehr at rockyhillct.gov).
