[CT Birds] extralimital Dickcissel invasion

Of note to CT Birders, perhaps especially to those in the southwestern
quadrant of the state, there has been an influx of singing Dickcissels
into PA and NJ, as nearby as northern NJ. Something to keep an eye/ear
out for, or even actively seek out, in appropriate habitat.

Whether or not any Dickcissels attempt to breed in CT, it will be
interesting to see if this leads to a particularly good autumn
migration in the state.
