[CT Birds] Woodpeckers & fuschia

I've never seen that and I have had fuschias in my yard off and  on for 
years. But I do have Downy  Wood peckers regularly feeding from  saucer hummer 
feeders this year.

Just watching my backyard birds  as a red bellied woodpecker & female hairy 
woodpecker are plucking the buds  off my fuschia plant.  I hung it up for 
the hummingbirds . I assumed the  squirrels were the culprits eating my 
New behavior that I have  seen.
