At Rocky Neck SP this evening, a Wilson's Phalarope was seen feeding in the shorebird puddle on the west side of the parking lot. It eventually was flushed by a jogger to Bride Brook marsh, where it fed for awhile before finnaly flying off with a Pectoral Sandpiper. It could still be around somewhere though, and that shorebird puddle seems like a good spot to check. Thanks to Pat & Christine Tamborra for pointing out this puddle on eBird. Other highlights were the aforementioned Pectoral Sandpiper as well as a few other accommodating shorebirds in that same puddle.
