[CT Birds] Roughlegged Hawk pics, Lighthouse Point, 10-10-17

'Not so very poor.  All images show those lanky wings, splotchy carpal patches and dark belly and axillaries.  

A nice early denizen of the Taiga North Country and a nice find in the first half of October.
