Hello, birders.

Some nice birds at Milford Point this morning.

The SNOWY OWL was perched along the river on the Stratford side on some sort of a piece of white colored garbage (or a sign?). Without a scope, the bird appeared to be part of the piece of garbage.

2 male NORTHERN SHOVELERS were feeding with Am. Black Ducks near the Stratford side.

A LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was on the sandbar with Herring Gulls.

A SNOW GOOSE was hanging out in the marsh alone.

Lots of other waterfowl and gulls.

Merry Christmas!
