Chris Elphick, Phil Rusch and I had a very slow morning at Bluff Point. The night's weather did not portend much of a morning flight, yet the morning still managed to disappoint. Highlights were two COMMON NIGHTHAWKS, four RED-BREASTED NUTHATCHES, a MERLIN, and an empid, probably a "TRAILL'S" FLYCATCHER. We had but a handful of warblers of only two species.
