I just had a call. From Bill Banks with Greg Hanisek and Charlie Rafford: 4/19 - Madison, Hammonasset Beach SP -- 9:05 am, the WHITE-FACED IBIS remains. It was seen in the marsh restoration area a short way east of the main traffic circle, with approximately 6 Glossy Ibis. Also two Little Blue Herons.
