2/17 - East Granby, Bradley Airport pulloff on CT 20 -- large flock of
~ 300 HORNED LARKS and SNOW BUNTINGS, about 50/50 of each species,
with 2 LAPLAND LONGSPURS.  This is the same parking area from which
the wheatears were visible last fall; the birds were especially
congregating in a snowplowed area in the northwest park of the lot but
also were feeding in the adjacent airport field.
