[CT Daily] WHITE-WINGED DOVE

2/10-21 - Branford, 2 Shady Lane -- WHITE-WINGED DOVE at feeder in
front yard.  I noticed this bird yesterday but did not get as good a
look at it as this morning.  Has been ground feeding with Mourning
Doves since 7:30 am today.  Documentation images show the bird is
missing some tips to its toes.


Note: Photos also show possible damaged to the bill.  While these
could be signs of an escaped bird they are not necessarily so.
Observers should pay particular attention to the condition of tail and
primary feathers which often show wear in captivity.
