7/04 - Madison, Hammonasset Beach State Park, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. -- 1
LITTLE BLUE HERON (adult, Meigs Point pond, later Nature Center pool),
1 BLACK SCOTER, 12 Brown Thrashers (vicinity of Nature Center and on
Willard's Island). Also noted one anomalous tern flyby, longer and
larger than Common Terns but still slim, still had full cap, maybe a
Royal?  Overcast morning meant songbirds were active later than usual.

7/04 - 10:30am, Stratford, Access Rd. pool (opposite R.E. Michel shop)

7/04 - Branford yard -- with Linda Rediker heard singing around 11 am
and seen quickly flying by.  Bird returned around 5:35 pm feeding
under front tree with MoDos.
