Note (or perhaps I should say, advertisement?): If you were
subscribed to CTBirds, the new open discussion list for birds and
birding in Connecticut, you would have been reading discussions of the
possible origin of the White-winged Dove being seen in Branford, of
the breeding status of Common Raven and Black Vulture, of the
migration dates for Red-winged Blackbirds and where to find that type
of information, and of bird sightings that get edited out of this
daily report. You could even participate in these discussions if you
chose.
