3/19 - Branford -- 4 Fox Sparrows feeding under niger feeders,
White-winged Dove seen this morning around 7:30 am.

3/19 - Old Lyme -- Rough-legged Hawk (dark morph) visible from Dock
and Dine in Old Saybrook

3/16-17 - Westford (Ashford) -- one male Rusty Blackbird at feeders

cage

3/19 - Somers -- 1 WILSON'S SNIPE in same stream on Ninth District Rd.

3/18 - Branford, Shady Lane -- 3:00 PM did not see WW Dove recorded in
early AM but did see 3 AMERICAN WOODCOCK  probing for insects/worms on
hill to west of feeder area.  Also had 2 BLACK VULTURE attemping to
perch near feeder area but hasseled off by two Herring Gulls.

town swimming beach


Migration Notes:

Fox Sparrows continue all over the place in remarkable number.
Eastern Phoeby -- Chester; New Milford; Mystic
