[CT Daily] 05/02/2007 Gallinule, Orange-crowned, Black Tern

An unusual hummingbird - all dark, maybe with some white shoulders -
seen at a feeder in Branford earlier this week. It seems to have
moved on at this point. There is no way to be certain of the species
at this point, but it can at least serve as a reminder to look closely
at every bird.
I know I did not get every sighting into the compilation tonight. I
tried to hit the highlights and as much of the rest as I could, but if
people could report their sightings in the standard format it would be
a BIG help. For those reporting via CTBirds including the standard
format as well as the text descriptions probably makes the most sense.
