RUFF, 11:55am to 12:56pm.  It was not relocated despite many birders
looking.

KING RAIL in the patch of marsh in front of the blind, same place as
yesterday.  (Note that the bird was not seen for the rest of the day,
through 8:00 PM.)

LAUGHING GULLS, 3 YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT HERONS, 1 WHITE-THROATED
SPARROW (late for the coast).

Mansfield, Pleasant Valley Road -- a Little Blue Heron, a pair of
Orchard Orioles, and about a dozen Common Nighthawks hawking insects
over the farm fields.
