feeding on pine cones in the trees along the north side of the parking
lot. 3 female, 2 male, 9:15 am

sunflower seed feeder.

11/07 - Hammonasett State Park, Madison -- 2 imm. NORTHERN GANNETS
seen from the lookout over the jetty (50-100 yards offshore), 26 SURF
SCOTER (including an injured female close to shore at the end of
Meig's Point),1 COMMON REDPOLL mixed in with a flock of goldfinch.

11/21 - Madison, Hammonasset Beach State Park -- 1 AMERICAN BITTERN,
bird exploded from edge of Meig's Pt. marsh bordering parking lot to
the north, flew to middle of the marsh 1:50 p.m.; 45 SNOW BUNTINGS in
front of East Beach building 1:35 p.m.; 20 HORNED LARKS, Nature Center
parking lot 2:30 p.m.
