parking lot: Yellow-billed Cuckoo (late), Eastern Meadowlark with many
Savannah Sparrows.
Milford, CT Aud Coastal Ctr, 2:30 PM -- parking lot observation
platform: while watching 1 adult and 5 juv. Yellow-crowned
Night-Herons (juvs standing on motor boat), something caused
Night-Herons to flush:  35 N-Hs, seemingly all juvs, took off.  All
seemed to be Yewllow-Crowned, but possibly a few Black-crowned mixed
in.

10/11 - Hamden Yard -- 1 Adult WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW.
10/12 - Hamden Yard -- 1 PINE SISKIN at feeder with numerous
goldfinches

RAVEN, 1 White-crowned Sparrow.

marsh pools bordering Pebble beach to the north, 9:51 a.m. EASTERN
MEADOW LARK, atop tall pole in area above.
Middlefield -- 3 BLACK VULTURES on ground trying to feed on dead
squashed rabbit on road without being casualties themselves, at Main
Street 150 yards west of junction with Cherry Hill Road, 1:37 p.m.
