The Common Ground-Dove was not seen today in East Haven despite
constant monitoring.

Subvirgatus race, 1 Saltmarsh Sharp-tailed in spartina grass near
point, 3 Horned Lark including 1 light juvenile; 1 Snow Bunting; 1
Blue-winged Teal, 1 Nothern Pintail female, 1 American Bittern flying
across marsh
Milford, Silver Sands State Park -- 1 Grasshopper Sparrow along fence
west of parking lot; 1 Vesper Sparrow
West Haven, Sandy Point -- 2 Forster's Tern
East Haven, Ora Ave at sunset -- 5 White-crowned Sparrow

White-crowned Sparrows, 3 Common Ravens flying down the ridge calling,
11 Black Vultures coming from the dump and circling the ball field.
