BREASTED SANDPIPERS, 1 AMERICAN GOLDEN PLOVER

9/05 - Rocky Hill, Rocky Hill Meadows -- 5PM, 3 BUFF BREASTED
SANDPIPERS, 1 AMERICAN GOLDEN PLOVER.  These birds were seen in a torn
up sod field past the blue portable toilet in the meadows.
Madison, Hammonasset Beach State Park -- afternoon, one
LITTLE BLUE HERON preening on a small elevated platforrm in the marsh
east of the kite-flying field near the nature center. Two AMERICAN
GOLDEN PLOVER were also seen in the kite-flying field.

lot by Nature Center –- 2 AMERICAN GOLDEN-PLOVERS; 
Meig’s Point area marshes -- 2 LITTLE BLUE HERONS, 9:15-10:15 AM.
Could NOT find Buff-breasted Sandpiper.
