of the white house.  Seed has been put down to try and keep it around.

juv, 1 adult), 5 BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPERS, 2 BAIRD'S SANDPIPERS.

 From Pat Dugan, Mary Ann O'Leary, Mike and Wanda Moccio:
9/07 - Stamford, Cove Island Wildlife Sanctuary -- From 5:30 or before
until dusk, 1 juvenile BAIRD'S SANDPIPER in the pond. About 6:30 an
adult CASPIAN  TERN followed by a begging juvenile flew by heading SW.
Stickers are no longer necessary to enter Cove Island  Park.

9/07 - Rocky Hill, Rocky Hill Meadows -- 8am, Buff-breasted Sandpiper,
Baird's Sandpiper

 From Dana Campbell, Sara Zagorski, and Tim Antanaitis:
9/07 - Rocky Hill Meadows -- 3 BAIRD'S SANDPIPERS, 4 BUFF-BREASTED
SANDPIPERS, 3 GOLDEN PLOVERS (among them one molting adult male). Seen
between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. in the harvested turf fields.

LITTLE BLUE HERONS, 4 juvenile Forster's Terns

PM (low tide) -- 1 Stilt Sandpiper, 3 Glossy Ibis, 1 Sora
