[CT Daily] 08/09/2008 MISSISSIPPI KITES

Tonight we have a special not courtesy of Greg Hanisek.

It was learned this week that two Mississippi Kites have been seen for
several weeks on private property in Simsbury.  At least one of them
has been seen hunting at Great Pond in Simsbury, where a single
sighting was reported to this list on July 22.  This is a location
with public access that offers a good chance, with patience, to see
the birds.
